Russ Drops New Production-Heavy EP “Chomp 2.5,” Featuring 6 New Tracks

The Atlanta-based rapper, singer, and producer Russ just dropped a brand new EP titled ‘Chomp 2.5’ which is already shaking the table. This project is a follow-up to his previous ‘Chomp 2’ EP, which he released winter 2021.

This project features collaborations from some of the biggest producers in the game: Statik Selektah, Alchemist, Havoc and SC, 9th Wonder, Boi-1da, Jahaan Sweet, Clay Harlow, Don Mills and Russ himself. But it’s not just the star-studded production that make this EP a must-listen; Russ handles the production himself on the opening track “Wicked.” Statik Selektah lends his production skills to “Blow The Whistle,” while Havoc and SC hop on board for Russ’ “Buckle Up Freestyle.” The Alchemist provides his services on “Easy,” and 9th Wonder helps close out the EP with “Perfectionist.” Boi-1da, Jahaan Sweet, Clay Harlow, and Don Mills are the team behind Russ’ “Reflection.”

With ‘Chomp 2.5,’ Russ continues to prove that he is a force to be reckoned with in the music industry following the launch of his own hit factory DIEMON Records in 2022. His ability to handle his own production and collaborate with such a diverse range of artists and producers is a testament to his artistry.
