Venezuelan Artist LASSO Released New Ballad “Los Hombres son Todos Iguales”
Without a doubt, Lasso has become one of the most important pop artists on the continent, evidenced by his most recent creative adventure, “Los Hombres Son Todos Iguales,” a story that hinges on love, nostalgia and the different visions that come with all these emotions.
The musician, singer-songwriter, and arranger shows us a softer side in this beautiful ballad titled “Los Hombres Son Todos Iguales,” which he is capable to narrate, from both the male and female perspectives, the early beginnings of a love story. Contrary to what the title suggests, this is not a story of a torrid romance. The lyrics tell the story of a woman who has been hurt in the past by the typical empty promises and conquest lines, at the same time the male protagonist is trying to demonstrate that not all men are the same. It is this play on words, as beautiful as it is moving, in which once more Lasso captures through his lyrics another facet of love.
After reaching new heights, Lasso continues reaching new milestones. The Venezuelan singer-songwriter recently celebrated surpassing 200 million streams on Spotify® of the massive global hit “Ojos Marrones,” he also received his first nomination for Premio Lo Nuestro in the “Best New Artist Male” category, and was named by Billboard® Magazine as one of the “23 Latin & Spanish Artists to Watch in 2023.”
“Los Hombres Son Todos Iguales,” serves as both the epilogue of Lasso’s romantic story and it is also the last single before the release of his anticipated new album, which has become one of the most awaited of 2023.
