Nick Jonas Hints at Past Gay Hookups

During an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online at the Radio One Teen Awards, Nick Jonas teased fans about his upcoming romantic scenes on Kingdom: “Well I’m gay in Kingdom. If you keep watching the series, you’ll see more of that.”

However, when the actor was asked about potential past gay romances, Jonas left a little to the imagination, neither confirming or denying any hookups: “I can’t say if I have or haven’t, but if you watch the show, you’ll see more of that.” Although the 23-year-old did not openly admit to having sexual relationships with other men, he did not deny the instance either.

Jonas is not the first trailblazing actor to leave the door open for possible romantic relationships with other men. Josh Hutcherson (The Hunger Games), Nyle DiMarco (America’s Next Top Model), and Jack Falahee (How To Get Away With Murder) have all recently spoken out on behalf of their sexuality, making similar statements in the media.
