SZA Releases New Bloodstained Merch Paired with “Shirt” Single Drop

Our favorite Scorpio, SZA’s new single “Shirt” soared to viral heights over the passed year, and now that it’s finally out, she has paired the release with new merch. Thanks to TikTok, the single already had incredibly high anticipation for the release garnering billions of views across the platform. Already garnering more than 25M streams globally, what a better way to celebrate this massive release than with a perfectly suited merch line?

With Art Direction by Jas Bell, also known as Leonardo Chop, and SZA herself, the “Shirt” merch release was exactly what we expected: a shirt. The shirt’s art direction was inspired by the cover art which has a noticeable blood stain, inspired by the songs lyrics; “Bloodstain on my shirt/New bitch on my nerves/Old n—a got curved/Going back on my word/Damn, bitch, you like thirty.”

in an Instagram post by Jas Bell he stated “Always blessed to create with [SZA]. Ready to fully embrace this new era. Ready for all the doors it’s about to open.” This isn’t the first time, Bell has worked with SZA on art direction as he’s worked with her on projects such as Crocs, Good Days, Grey Goose, Hit Different and more.
