Meek Mill Brings Philadelphia Together for a Packed Homecoming Show
Meek Mill returned to his hometown on Friday for Meek Mill and Friends at Xfinity Mobile Arena, and the city showed up in full force. The arena was filled before he hit the stage, and once he did, the crowd locked in with the intensity only Philly gives him.
Meek moved through every era of his catalog. Early street anthems. Championship era hits. Then music from his new independent release Indie Pack Volume Zero One. Fridayy joined him for Fourth of July and their Grammy nominated collaboration Proud of Me, which had the entire arena singing every line.
The guest list turned the night into a heavy event. Young Thug, G Herbo, Roddy Ricch, Mariah the Scientist, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Rob Forty Nine, Y F N Lucci, Forty Two Dugg and Bay Swag all made appearances. The biggest reactions came from hometown legends. Beanie Sigel and the State Property crew walked out and immediately shifted the energy.
Skrilla and Lihtz performed, and Meek paused the show for a tribute to P N B Rock that the crowd responded to with emotion. Gillie and Wallo also appeared, reinforcing the full circle nature of the night.

Throughout the show, Meek repeated one theme. Unity. Actual community. Real support. He put artists from different generations on the same stage, moved through records that defined the city, and kept the focus on Philadelphia.
The crowd reached its peak when he closed with Dreams and Nightmares. The reaction was immediate. The entire arena moved as one, proving the song’s lasting place in the city’s culture.
The event also lined up with the launch of Meek’s new Mitchell and Ness and Philadelphia Eagles collaborative collection, adding another highlight to his independent chapter.
