Soca Sensation Skinny Fabulous Teams Up With Charly Black On “Please Don’t Call Me” Breakup Anthem
St. Vincent-born soca sensation Skinny Fabulous has just dropped his latest single with Jamaican dancehall artist Charly Black. The single “Please Don’t Call Me” is a relatable anthem about putting a bad romance behind you. “Sometimes enough is enough, and some things you just can’t forgive.”
“After that bullshit that you pulled last night, please don’t call me back. Please don’t call me back. Over foolishness you are goin’ through, I, time out, please take a hike. Please don’t call me.” The track, released via Machel Montano’s Monk Music Group and DSM Music, was co-written by Skinny & Charly while bringing the production by Int’l Stephen & Vibez Productionz.
In 2009, Skinny was awarded Trinidad & Tobago’s Entertainer of the Year taking his success to new heights. He was later recognized by the OECS Soca Monarch competition as the first runner up. He also was awarded Best New Male artist at the Soca Music Swards. With a highly anticipated debut album, “B.A.D. (Beyond A Doubt),” on the way, Skinny Fabulous is going to make 2023 a year of wins and nothing less.
